Cancellation Policy: I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment. I strive to accommodate my clients' needs and provide exceptional service. However, to ensure the smooth operation of my salon and the availability of appointments to all clients, I have implemented the following cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of 20% of the canceled service will be applied for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling and Late Arrivals: If you need to reschedule your appointment, I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. I will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that I can provide quality service to all clients. Cancellations and No-Shows: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will take those into consideration. However, habitual cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future appointments. Refund policy: No refunds will be given at any time post service. I guarantee my work and will make adjustments when requested within 7 days for no charge. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my business policy.
